ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Carolyn B is a mother of 5 teenage boys (mum of 2, stepmum of 3) and newly married, with one cat (Russian Blue named Vladimir) and one dog (Chocolate Labrador named Delta). Living in country Australia, she works full time as a Senior Admin at a mine. As busy as she is, Carolyn has always needed a creative outlet and painting is her happy place.

Since she was a child, she has always wanted to be an artist, now in her forties it is time.

“Creating is my own time, it is important to me. I absolutely love painting and inspiration hits me at any time, any place; quite commonly whilst walking in nature. Life gets busy, and taking time for ourselves is so important for all aspects of our well-being. I hope that my art can inspire, motivate and calm viewers, even to the extent that they will want it in their own space.”
